Shipments
Packages are generally shipped after the preparation period indicated on the product when you placed your order.
For orders with a length equal to or less than 3 meters, the shipment is usually made by Transportes Redur.
Shipments longer than 3 meters have special delivery conditions. In case of doubt, please consult.

Returns
*If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 calendar days from the day you receive the products. For this, we only ask you to notify us by any of the means we have.
